Abstract
Questa ricerca cerca di identificare l’attuale percezione sulla misurazione della sostenibilità nello sviluppo software, interagendo con i professionisti del settore (direttore tecnico, product manager, responsabile IT, ingegneri dei requisiti, architetti software, sviluppatori software), considerando tutte le dimensioni della sostenibilità (economica, ambientale, sociale, individuale e tecnica).
Il primo obiettivo è creare una comprensione comune della percezione per la misurazione della sostenibilità dei sistemi e dei servizi software da parte dei professionisti dell’industria. Il secondo obiettivo è trovare le preoccupazioni e le sfide nella valutazione della sostenibilità dei sistemi software e dei servizi all’interno delle aziende del settore. Il terzo obiettivo è identificare le strade che possono supportare una corretta ed efficace misurazione della sostenibilità dei sistemi e dei servizi software per i professionisti dell’industria.

Abstract
Are self-employed workers saving enough for their retirement? Should one lncrease their retirement
preparation by mandating pension savings? Do self-employed prefer to save through housing wealth? These
questions are not new, but their relevance is enhanced by the current pandemie. These questions suggest
the need fora more global and comprehensive analysis of self-employed workers and pension decisions. On
this background, I preliminary investigate self-employed workers savlngs decislons, both quantitatively (how
much they save) and qualitatively (do they shift savings to specific vehicles, such as housing wealth?). This
type of analysis is promising due to the novelty data that the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS,
Statistics Netherlands) provided us: individuals’ affiliations to occupational pension funds.
